No fill needed!

I had my appointment with Dr. Grijalva on Friday, Feb. 12, for my first fill.  After discussing things with me regarding my daily menu and amount of consumption per meal, and seeing that I have been losing an average of 3 pounds/week consistently, he decided to NOT give me a fill!  I've lost 21 pounds since surgery (12/30/09) and 56 since June 09.  He said he is very pleased with my progress and only suggested I start doing some resistance type excersize to gain lean muscle mass...

I am very happy with my progress and my band!

I turned down a fill after a large unfill. I had gained weight partially because of too much fill. It took me over a year to figure it out. I have lost 10 lbs since just before Christmas. My heart is leaping with joy!! I feel hopeful first time in over a year.
