Please have a fun and joyous Valentines weekend. Remember it's not about having a spouse it's about Love. So love up everybody you can, including your kids, pets, friends, and family.

Give yourself permission to enjoy a festive dinner or some melt in your mouth chocolates, and if you are going to eat chocolate you know dark chocolate is actually healthy, in moderation.

"And the greatest gift of all is love".

Happy Valentines Day...

What is love? This is a question that has been asked by mankind for thousands of years. It is an age old topic that has no accurate description. It is a subject that we each need to contemplate and understand for ourselves. I know what love is to me and these words express it very well.

Love is knowing all about someone, and still wanting to be with them more than any other person, love is trusting them enough to tell them everything about yourself, including the things you might be ashamed of, love is feeling comfortable and safe with someone, but still getting weak knees when they walk into a room and smile at you.

In honor of Valentines Day, I invite you to ask this question of yourself. What is love to you?

What if...
What if you were loved exactly as you want to be?
How would that change you?
How would that change your world?
How would you treat others differently if you were already loved that much and needed for nothing?

Would being that way make you happier?
Why are you waiting?
