Thanks for your reply Cathy! I am glad that you are doing well!:) I am just a litle skiddish..I have been reading alot and trying to get my fire going again! lol...may I ask if you had insurance and if you did who is the carrier.I have GHI but I don't think Fitzer is on my network..they said they do take GHI but Dr.Fitzer or Graber does not show up at all on my list of network surgeons?...bummer. I may have to go to Saranac Lake or Rochester...ugh!

That's good to know..I am new to insurance...have never ever had it until last July...of coursethere is an 11 month pre-existing condition clause...but the surgeon I had gone to in September doesn't participate...I was going to pay his fee and thought my insurance would pay the rest..the hospital is in network..but they said no they don't do that,(maybe because of the pre existing clause?)that the surgeon had to be in Network as well...hmmmm..I think I may look more into this as I have already had all of the pre op testing,of course I will have to re-do the blood tests..but every thing else is good for a year...soooo...maybe there is still hope to get the DS I wanted without starting over again.
