I have had my initial consultation with Dr. E. Pucci and am considering moving forward with a laproscopic RNY (I have had my bloodwork done already and have my appointment for my nutritional and psychological testing on Thursday)  does anyone have any insight on his follow up program?

I don't know anything about Dr Pucci but want to wish you luck.  Are you from Rockland County?  I actually live across the street from Good Sam.  If you ever have any questions or want to talk, feel free to write.

I'm going for my nutritional and psycological testing this afternoon...a little nervous.  I'm expecting that they have my bloodwork back and I'm starting off as anemic.

How did you NUT and psych testing go?  I was thinking about you this weekend.  Hope all went well and that you are still considering it.  Have you gone to the support group meetings at all? When are they?  I would like to go to one, maybe we could meet then.

This went really well with both the NUT and the psych test.  Just waiting for the insurance approvals.  I haven't done a support group yet....I know Dr. Pucci has them on Tuesday up here in Chesters....I just have t o remember which Tuesday LOL.  There is also one in Orangeburg this Thursday, but I can't make that one this week. and there is one the last Wednesday of the month at Good Sam....I'm going to get more info on that one.

Thank you so much for asking...and remembering...that was really sweet!

I am glad that everything went well.  Good luck with the approvals.  I hope to go to the support group at Good Sam one night as I live across the street.

I would really like that.  Please let me know.  Never knew we could use these smileys before.  Thanks for the clue.
