Wishing you the best with that also there is online support at facebook for upstate NY wlsers at: (I recently combined my Saratoga online yahoo group with AMC/Capital regions we have Ellis and AMC and many other folks even from Saranac lake (Adirondack Medical Center with us!) Enjoy the journey.

The more support the better IMHO as 7+ yr postop who has facilitated online (up to 30 at one time) and inperson groups for 6-7 yrs it is part of my success for sure!!!!
