CNY - Interested in a NEW support Group?

Was wondering if there'd be any interest in a new support group for Central New York.

This would be a non-affliated support group - all doctors/hospital/medical group patients (pre and post op) are welcome.

Monthly meetings...

Monthly ACTIVITIES!  (Snow shoeing, x-country skiing, bowling, walks, dances, a group for fundraiser walks (heart walk/run, etc)

We'd need a couple of leaders to join as well.  And an activities organizer....

The activities sound like fun. I love our support group here but it sounds like yours might be more involved outside of the monthly time frame. Good Luck to you and if your location is closer to us we may check you out....the meeting that is

Hi Don.  I would be interested in such a group, but I live almost 2 hours away........

I'd be insterested if one meeting was at least during the day. I can't see to drive at night (am legally blind in one eye) and my husband works nights. Also-I'd be more interested if there were some sit down activities for those of us with physical disabilities that can't stand/walk for long periods of time.
