Fidelis Anyone?

Anyone have Fidelis healthcare?

Do you know what they require for surgery? I know some require a certain amount of dieting or certain hoops to jump through.  What about Fidelis?

Would weigh****chers count as a monitored weightloss?

I would call your insurance company and ask them. Thats what I did, just asked what any requirements were for having WLS.

as of now fidelis is awesome to have for wls no hoops to jump through my surgery is feb 15th my wifes is jan 4th she is currently at a sleep study we love fidelis and our rep for the person we deal with at the surgeons office sd they love dealing with fidelis so good luck
