Albany med December groups and changes fyi

There are some group changes for this month and into January and February:

The Monday Lap Band and Year Out Plus is being held on the 3rd Monday of the month for Dec/Jan/Feb;
same room; same times (Lap Band 5:00-6:30 and Year Out 6:30-8:00) the dates are:
Dec 21
Jan 18 (MLK Day)
Feb 15

The Thursday night General Weight Loss Support Group for all types of surgery are being held on these Thursday's; same room and same time; 5:30-7:30.
Dec 10
Dec 17

and being moved to Wednesdays for these 2 dates:
Dec 23
Dec 30

In January, Thursday nights resume without any changes: Every Thursday, in the conference room from 5:30-7:30

PLEASE BE AWARE OF WEATHER CANCELLATIONS!!!! Call the support group phone line 262-0942 if you think there is a possibility group will be cancelled. If I think group should be cancelled, I call before noon and the phone message should reflect that soon after.
