Well, the conference really agreed with me, LOL Because.....

As of this morning.....

I weigh HALF of what I did when I began this journey, less than 11 months ago!

I have become half the person I was...

and...twice the person I was.....

Heather - that is wonderful. I am so sorry I didn't get to meet you. I was at the conference but my insecurities about myself got the best of me and I basically chickened out of most of the social stuff. I did go to the fashion show and stayed for a little of the dance but just did not feel comfortable enough to move around and introduce myself. My loss, no one else's. It looks like everyone was having a great time. I had a good time despite not paticipating in the social activities that much.

That is wonderful..You look wonderful.  It was so nice to meeting you and being in the fashionshow was fun.  I actually survived it even though I was so scared.  Tuesday was my  1 year surgerversary - 96 pounds down and 14 pounds to go.
