ANYONE GOING TO ELLIS SUPPORT GROUP TONIGHT? 9/24
just wondering if anyone is going to the ELLIS SUPPORT GROUP @ McClellan conference room tonight- 7pm - 8 :30.
I've been only once before my surgery and it was good. Missed a couple since then - one was the evening of my surgery...
and another time i was out of town.
Just wondering if any one from here is planning on going....

Hey Sarah... funny thing is... I didn't go to the one thursday night! I had planned on going but... things got so hectic if I tried to fit one more thing in- I would not have been able to function on Friday!
So... this is a thing I'm learning.. even if it is something that I'd like to do... if it is causing anxiety- stress- exhaustion... just say NO!
I was disappointed but there will be another time...
and checking my calender...
that will be....
October 5th a Monday-- I believe that one is at Ellis auditorium.
the 12th Lap Band Group @ the baratric center
the 22nd- over at McClellan.
So that's the schedule for OCTOBER.....
Right now I'm working Monday evenings so that is out for me....
perhaps see you on the 22nd.
