Question about dumping
Dumping is different for everyone... What makes me dump may not make you dump. I dump on things that have too many sugar alcohols - like some protein bars and sugar free products like candy or ice cream. I haven't pushed my limits with real sugar and carbs. My husband dumps if he has real pasta - too many carbs, but not with sugar and sugar alcohols don't bother him at all. My doctor said to limit carbs to 14 a serving including 7 sugars. I do have a little more than that but if something has for example 40 carbs I stay far away from it.
I eat a piece of fruit with no problem but once again that is just my experience. I don't want to dump so I try to stay away from things with many carbs and/or sugar. I think it helps me with my weight loss and keeps me honest...
