I used Dr Bessler. It was sort of a revision. I had reflux surgery called a Lap Nissan Fundoplication which he had to take undo and then when that was done, he then did the RNY. Technically, it was considered a revision. It was a very techically difficult surgery and he did a great job - was able to do it laproscopically. I highly recommend him. I am 11 months out and have lost 91 pounds - 9 pounds to his goal. I would actually like to lose 19 more. I see him for my 1 year visit at the end of October and hope to be close to the 100 pound mark but it goes very slow now, so maybe by Thanksgiving.
