Weight Gain.....
I had surgery about 7 months ago and lost 79lbs. I was told I would lose 70-75lbs. I have gained back about 9lbs. I am wondering if the weight is readjusting to how much I am supposed to lose? Has anyone dealt with is? I know that I was retaining water but I also know that I have increased my intake. Please let me know.
