No Turning Back Now

I took a big step tonight.  I got rid of all my big clothes.  I've been keeping them in bags in the basement "just in case".  But I decided to lose the safety net and give away any item that was larger than a 14/16.  It was a good move.  I feel like I gave away the old me and it can't haunt me anymore.

By the way, there were 14 large construction size bags of clothes that ranged from size 18 - 28!  Not only am I lighter but now my house is lighter too!

Oh, good for you, Carol!!!!!!!!!

It must feel so good to be rid of all those clothes...along with all the weight!

I have tons of stuff clogging up my room, but I am waiting to bring it to the OH conference...can't wait to get it out of here! LOL But, it's better to be in bags, than in my closet or on my body!

Again congrats on all your great wor****ep it up, lady!

Hugs, Heather =)

You go girl. It is so liberating to be able to do that. I had 4 closets full of clothes, I did not realize how much clothes I had. I took 3 closets and gave it to Dr. B office and the 4th closet I, like Heather, am saving for the clothing exchange in October. That was a big step for you. I pray that you are giving it the due it should have. Remember this when you are at a crossroads and are having a hard time.

Carol,
Congratulations!! That is so awesome! It is very liberating to get rid of the old clothes! You don't need to keep a "safety net" any more!

Keep up the great work!
Hugs,
Lisa
