Support group meetings - Rockland County??

I am looking for a support group in Rockland County.  I know their is one at Good Sam but you have to have had your surgery their and I didn't.  I had my surgery in NYC at Columbia Presbyterian and it is too difficult for me to go into NYC at night for a support group meeting.  I am looking into something in Westchester or Bergen County but Rockland would be so much easier, I live in Suffern.
