Its been a while......

I havent been on the boards in a while. I had my RNY april 8th, and went back to work in june. I work for home depot as a manager so i went back to work full force as we are in our busy season. I work alot of hours each week (like 60 +1.5hrs travel every day) ... at least it keeps me active! I also have a 3 yr old who keeps me quite busy. I guess i havent been on the boards so much because i was trying to focus on me.
That being said i went for my drs appt today for my 4 month check up and they did an upper GI. Everything is great! I almost fell off the chair when they told me i have lost a total of 80lbs from the start of my journey.
My issue .... my head hasent caught up. I am 173lbs and i bought a pair of jeans this week from old navy in a SIZE 14 !!! I am estatic! i feel smaller and i feel great! But when i look in the mirror the fat girl is still looking back at me... I took my son to dutch wonderland a week ago and we took one of those pics where you dress up. I was excited because i had lost so much weight. But when the piture printed immediatly my heart sank. I didnt feel like i looked any different...
I dont understand how I cant see it! I feel it in my clothes, i feel it in the energy i have and people comment on it every day.
Maybe its time for the shrink :(
