OMG WTH YO!
I cant believe my ears..... Help OH Fam for me to understand, WHY DID THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE CALL ME AND ASK ME WHAT SURGERY AM I GOING TO HAVE? WHAT! ARE YOU F*^%$*G KIDDING ME! 
You mean to tell me my paperwork still has not been submitted and I gave all of my paperwork on July 1, 2009... This S&*T is unreal. (GGRRRRRHHH) 
Too top it all off the message was left on my cell phone and I did not retrieve it until after 5pm.
I'm sorry OH Fam I'm just venting . Please somebody I need a prayer up in here. But for real though, I am a very patient person and never in the past 3 weeks have I called my insurance to see whats the progress. Well Damn, after that news there is no progress. I'm very beside myself right now.
OOOOOOSSSSSSAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!! Get it together girl. 
When everything go so smooth during my 6 month weigh in and appointments and talk with the surgeon and consultant you would think that after signing the consent form and test on the bypass surgery that, "Yeah that's the one I want" there would be no questions.... I must admit when I first went into the office my initial request was the band but quickly after the consultant did take out all of the band information and put bypass. You know when you have a gut feeling that maybe down the line they still will be confused. Well was it.
Oh well.... I guess it's best to get it all cleared and process correctly and be approved for what you want than to receive an approval letter for a surgery that you did not want. Wwwhhhheeeewwww..... Well I guess I feel a little better now that I got that off my chest. 
Okay OH Fam, thanks for taking this time to let me vent and I will give an update later.
