Nyack Newbie and desperate for support!

Hi all!

I'm new to the site and just wanted to introduce myself.
I live in Rockland County directly across the Tappan Zee from Westchester, and I hope to have surgery.

Because of my work schedule, it's been hard for me to find a seminar I can fit in to my schedule, but I am finally going to Westchester Hospital next week. They take GHI HMO so I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I have no family up here, so when I go through this, I'll be all alone aside from friends and hopefully the people on this board.  :)
