Approved :)

My surgery date is 8/19 at Albany med and I recieved the call today stating I was approved!! For all the Alb med and Ellis patients you guys know how long the process is! Im excited and now starting to get nervous... I know thats normal... Im purchasing my vitamins off bariatric advantage next week and heading to target to buy mini bowls/plates and baby spoons and forks to get me ready for this change. Im also going to stock up on a lot of flavored syrups hehe Yay!! Its happening!

Congratulations!  Can I ask how long it was betwen your first visit with Dr. Singh and when you got your date?  All I have left is my visit with Kathleen then I see Dr. Singh.  Good Luck!  Jen

I got my date the 1st time I met with him. I made my 10% right on the dot. Oh word of advice, please be ready when meeting Dr. Singh. Hes not very nice he works well but hes got a very dry personality so get that guard up because he will try to break you down! lol

YAY!!!  congrats!!!  throw away ur old book cuz ur about to start a new chapter!!!  im excited for you!!!!
