Clothing Exchange Binghamton area?

I'm still pre-op, but have already lost 43 lbs from my high weight.  I was cleaning out my closet today and have a bunch of clothes size 3x that need a good home.  I was thinking Sallie's, but would rather take them to a clothing exchange if there is one locally?

Or if there is anyone out there who needs 3X items, let me know. 

Hi Tina, my name is Lynette and I am new to this website.  I actually found it by searching for loose skin advice.  I recently had the lapband done, 2 weeks to be exact.  I would be interested in your size 3X clothing.  I currently buy a 4-5 X but, I have lost 30 lbs so far and hopefully will be losing more quickly. (smile)  I work as a Medical Tech in a clinic and we can wear our own clothes, we don't have to wear scrubs like the other staff.
