RNY Friendly Punch or Mimosa?

Hey Everyone!

So, I am an RNY'er and so are my Mom and Dad. This year for Mother's Day, we are inviting my parents, my Mother-In-Law, Sister-In-Law, and Niece to our place for a special brunch!

My husband loves when I make breakfast--eggs/bacon/pancakes, etc. So he is thrilled! And, I know I can make carb-filled goodies for the non-WLS'ers and low-carb stuff for the RNY'ers.

BUT....

I wanted to have a special Mimosa-Like or punch-like drink that would be non carbonated and non alcoholic and low carb. LOL I know I might be nuts, but I am wondering if somebody here can help me....PLEASE!

Mimosas if I recall are just champagne and OJ for the most part.

You can get diet gingerale and let it go flat and add a crystal lite sunrise or diet tang to it...

There is a world of sf drink mixes out there, maybe try a different drink...

Here sells SF apple flavored syrup maybe could make own non carbonated apple water (cider)

Davincis has many sf syrups (simple syrup, irish cream, kahlua, B52) there are rum extracs in teh supermarket..

In Walmart near hot cocoa I have seen SF packets of hot cider maybe cookl it down to use as the champagne part?

you should look at the hungrygirl website, she has a lot of drink recipies that are low everything (calorie and fat) they are yummy I made some of the carbonated ones before sugery.
