Bikram Yoga

Does anyone currently do Bikram yoga?? If so what are your thoughts.

I am interested in starting and looking for someone to do it with me :-)

Bikram Yoga is amazing.  It kicks your butt .  I was going religiously for a while then my schedule got all messed up.  I am about to join back up but my yoga studio is in chelsea.  I see your out on Long Island.  Do you work in the city?  It is a 90 min class in a very heated room and you come out hurting initially but you feel amazing after doing it a couple of times.  Its my favorite.

Oh no!!! everything i do is out on the island. School, internship and home... I wish I did though I would so go with you!!!!

I highly recomend you do it...you will love how you feel once getting into it.  I am so going back this week, its been too long....let me know if you start how you like it...give it a few classes because it seems so hard at first...
