Hi everyone! I Need Extreme Help

hi my name is rachel i am 23 im going to die if i dont get elp fast im in the worst codition and i cant dig mself out of my depression to make the right choices and changes i dont know if i want surgery or not but i feel like it might be the only way and things are bad and i dont have the right support in my life r someone to hold my hand through the fear and anxiety
im so confused and in physical and mental pain. i just want a oife for myslef i have no money coming in and i have to be out of school due to medixal issues and the sleep apnea
im wasting my most precisious years and i need more guidance and understanding of whats out there and what to take advantage of. i have bben heavy my wholie life dont know anything different but i want to. i have serious eye problems to and can get surgery for that yet cause at my weight risk for anything and everything. im extremly scared and feeel so so so alone.

Sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well sweetie.  This website has a lot of wonderful support on it.  There's a wealth of information and great people to help you.  Have you contacted a bariatric center yet?  If not, I would call them and let them know what your situation is and see if you can be put on a "fast track".  Do you have medicaid?  It's hard to give you a lot of suggestions because I don't know much about your situation.  If the depression is extremely bad, you might want to go to a center and be checked in to get some help.  I would suggest talking to someone asap.  Hang in there and keep us posted.
