Next LIPO meeting, Tuesday, 7/22

Hello all,

Just a friendly reminder that our next scheduled LIPO meeting is next Tuesday, 7/22 from 6:30-8:45 pm at the Connetquot Public LIbrary in Bohemia.

By popular demand, our next physical activity of the month will be another dance night out.....please resesrve the date of Friday, 7/25 ....time and location will be announced at our meeting next week.

Please remember to bring your "show and tell" wrappings, recommendations and suggestions.

Also, if you'd like to order "Magic Pops" please email Ziggy ASAP the quantity, there will not be extras on hand this month, only those who order in advance will be able to take them home that night. Gracias Ziggy!

Another reminder to bring in your before and after pics and or any brag pics for our scrap book in progress....Thank you Diane!
