Ahh I see, the difference being I can no longer fint the carb control as you were referring to and I had spoken about the regular fit and light! Sorry for confusion there!
Hey where do you find the carb control? I used to use it all the time then when carb craze went away slowly did the products!

I live in Hudson Falls, but can find it at most Hannafords (in Hudson Falls and Queensbury) and SuperWalmart in Queensbury has it. I am doing well as of this morning I have lost 99 lbs - had been at the stall (yes the typical stall ha ha) and the scale finally moved !!!

Love the Dannon carb control yogurt!!!  Jaime.. I can find it here in the Albany area at the Glenmont Walmart AND I just picked some up today at the Slingerlands PriceChopper. rasberry cream & strawberry cream are my favs... I like it mixed half & half with a little bit of cottage cheese.. .It fills the pouch & I am satisfied for  a LONG TIME... Good to know thanks, at 5 yrs nothing but steak or chicken gives me that feeling yogurt is a slider by 6 mo for many it isnt the best meal but enjoy it while the feeling lasts!
