Old Jeans...New Pants
I have a pair of jeans that I have not been able to wear due to the fluid retention in my legs. I purchased them in 2006, but have not been able to wear them since the first time (they were tight on my legs then..and washing/drying them did not help any)....well...I felt froggy and I am NOW wearing them!! WHOOOOT WHOOOOOT!!!
I was able to COMFORTABLY wear my burgundy suit jacket last night for church...it was big on me
My wife says i look sexy in it....so I try to wear it for her once and a while

While the scale going down puts a smile on my face, changes in size are the best. To tell you the truth, I never realized it would be like this. When I dieted in the past, it would take months to lose 20 pounds (if I even got that far). Now I look in the mirror every day and my body is changing right before my eyes! I feel like one of those before and after pictures! Sometimes I'm afraid it will all be a dream.
