Funny WOW moment!!!

I hope everyone has been enjoying their weekend so far!! I am getting a few things wrapped up & waiting for the thunderstorms to arrive!! I love the rain... yeah, I know, I am weird like that!! Anyway - I spent my day cleaning!! My apt complex is having a big garage sale next month & I decided to participate hence the cleaning spree!! I have been in this apt for a couple of years but never felt like totally unpacking before - lots of reasons but mostly laziness!!! Well I have made huge progress between cleaning out the garage & my closets upstairs!! I have 2 HUGE walk-in closets, one in my bedroom & the other off my living room... the latter was the closet I attacked today!! I emptied the entire thing out & have been going through designating things to sell & trying to organize it so, I don't know, maybe we can use it to put coats in when people come to visit... a novel idea!!  In the midst of this I found some stuff that needed to go in my linen closet in the bathroom... here's the funny WOW moment... The closet is deep but not very wide!! In the past I could barely reach into it to put things on the shelves!! Well today I not only reached in, but holy crap, I fit in there... sideways mind you but I got in there nonetheless!! My first thought was "Oh sh*t! If I get stuck in here that will suck BIG TIME!!" Well not only did I not get stuck I could reach the back of every shelf & found myself rearranging things while in there!!! I couldn't believe it!! I laughed my butt off!!! I swear, it really is the little things in life!!!  I am making this place feel more & more like home every day & I know that wouldn't be happening without the new-found energy I have since having surgery!! It is awesome!!!  Have a great night everyone!! Cece

Thanks Rosemary!! I have had a few moments with clothing & such but this was truly funny to me!! I live alone so all I could think of was getting stuck in there!!! How funny would that have been??  The other day I was running up & down the stairs bringing things to the garage & on the 6th trip what I had just done suddenly hit me!! I was carrying some decent size boxes & running up & down without giving it any thought AND I wasn't horribly out of breath!! When did THAT happen?!! Cece
