What a great experience!
Hello everyone,
I just wanted to share my day with you. Back when I started this journey, I thought oh wouldn't it be great to weigh less than 300 pounds by my birthday (tomorrow, it ****** Michelle off that I steal her Mother's Day!) and today I got on the scale and it said 288!
My Dad had sent me some money for my birthday, so my wife took me to the polo outlet to buy some new clothes. Well I was wearing a 4XL shirt over the winter, I actually fit into an XL, it was a little tight, but I was able to get it on and be semi comfortable. I ended up getting XXL shirts off the clearance rack and two pairs of shorts and everything was less than $15.00! But I was able to get some great clothes in a store that actually carried size small and pants waists started at 30 inches!
You never have a choice when it comes to 4XL shirts on clearance, there are either none or just one and they still cost more than the sizes carried in non Big & Tall Stores. It is so hard to see the changes in myself, when looking in the mirror every day, but things like this really make the changes become evident.

Congrats!!!! A WOW moment for sure, can you believe it? What a feeling to buy and XL and have a CHOICE and be able to choose from more than one style and color. It is alot of work, but positive attitude help tremendously and you certainly have that. Also support and following doctors orders! You should be proud of yourself and enjoy the mothers day/birthday weekend - how dare you steal her day ha ha.

Tomorrow is my Uncle & a close friend's bday & would've been my dad's 69th bday!! Sounds like it's a popular day for babies!!!
