Hello All ~Hugs~ Well today I gave my notice at work! I had enough and was tired of dealing with all the BS but now I will be out of work and not sure how we will pay the bills. I really have to get moving and getting something new. I have 2 weeks! I was going to join WW tomorrow but now I guess I should not spend the money. OK what I had today: B- 1 egg scrambled, 1 rice cake S- 5 strawberries mixed with handful of Blueberries, 1 string cheese L- Tuna over mixed greens, light dressing, 1 small fries S- 12 grapes, 1 pk PB cheese crackers Once I got home from work I eat 6 pretzel rods (OMG grrr!!!) Not sure what we will have for dinner, maybe some turkey burgers with mixed green veggies Water: 50 oz water, 32 oz Diet Coke Exercise: n/a OK who is next? ~Hugs~

Debra, I am so sorry about your job. I know it's never an easy decision to make but I firmly believe everything happens for a reason!!! The next door that opens will be fabulous!!!! Good Luck!!! I didn't feel much like eating at all today - this cold is getting the best of me (yesterday wasn't much better!). Here goes: B - 1/2c cream of wheat w/ promise spread & a teeny bit of brown sugar (from the cafe at work) L - Oh boy - 3 chips w/salsa & 2 bites of chocolate cake (somebody's bday) D - I am trying to mend my bad ways... Gortons Grilled Talapia w/roasted garlic & butter (14g of protein); a couple tbs of corn & a couple tbs of mashed potatoes (the fish smells good - I am waiting for it to finish cooking!) Water - about 60 oz so far Exercise - didn't walk today - my cold is in my chest & when I try to breath I cough myself sick... yeah I know it's an excuse but it hurts!!!! Hopefully I will feel better soon - I miss walking!!!

You know what they say Debs, when one door closes, another opens. Good for you for choosing to look toward the open door, whatever that may be!

You are very hard on yourself diet wise. Maybe you ought to consider planning in some low fat carbs that you can have every day legally, so that you don't feel so bad about yourself when you DO have them.

Today:

B: leftover veggies with 1/2 high protein pasta (!)
S: skim milk latte, 2 cheese sticks
L: hummus salad, 1/2 slice whole grain bread
S: celery stick with laughing cow cheese
D: salmon with asparagus, 1 glass red wine

40 oz crystal light

no exercise ( )

It sounded like you worked in a toxic place. Good for you for taking the initiative to leave. That musn't be easy. Tomorrow is a brand new day. B - yogurt mixed with nuts and raisins. S - big handful of sunflower seeds L - TLC protein bar S - 8 (eight) S/F ice pops    Empty calories D - Cut up apple w/ 2 slices of light swiss No veggies today 64 fl. oz (bottled water and decaf tea) Exercise - 2 miles walk/jog Weights
