Okay...tomorrow I see the surgeon for my 1st post-op and I am a bit nervous....bout loss or no loss...you all know how it is.   Anyway I am really sending this out to anyone who might be interested in being a walking buddy for me whether it is at a mall or maybe at the Sunnyview Rehab (if you live close enough).  I know I would do better if I have to meet someone. You also need to know that I am NOT a very early riser.  That said...anyone from the capital district up for the partnership?  Let me know.

JEMROCK Hello, this is an excellent idea, although I am not able to assit with this request another thought is to post daily here your exercise to kick up the accountability as well (and or on your OH blog site!) Be well.
