3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? Total 80. I only weigh myself sporadically.
4. What was your biggest challenge?  I am enduring a slow death this holiday. The noshes are driving me crazy.. It's been hard.

5. What are your plans for New Years this year? Quiet, with hubby and the pupster and the "kids" will stop by before they go out.

*Fun bonus question:

What is the one New Years Resolution you will achieve  this year I never had a "goal" number in my head. Now, I would like to lose 20 more pounds to make it an even 100 lb total loss. On a more personal note - Learn how to not feel guilty over everything in my life.  This also means living in the joy of the moment without always waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Hi all, 1. Anything and everything. So few of the 'right' things. These days have been very difficult. 2. None except walking into the kitchen. 3. I haven't lost an additional but about 130 in total but haven't gained  any over the holidays. So God is really looking out for me. 4. Following the eating plan and exercising now that it's cold outside. I love walking but am ALWAYS cold.

5. Staying home with the family, trying to get the kids to go to bed early (like that's going to happen).

Bonus: Stop beating myself up when I screw up.

Hi Dawn, Sorry I missed the GS meeting yesterday, my mom is in the hospital (ironically @ gs) Anyway, I hope to see you in a few weeks but if y ou need additional support please use your calling list, that is what it is there for.  Call me anytime. Have you tried the mock rice pudding recipe yet?   I finally tried the pistachio fluff recipe, it is another winner and I'll be posting it on OH soon. Ciao PS I think you should try the Leslie Sandstone indoor walking tapes, they are fun and easy. Hey, maybe we can do it altogher at one of the next LIPO meetings, what do you think about that?

Maryellen, Hope your mom is doing better now.  I have been imploding all week. I think it's time to reach out soon. My family loved the mock rice pudding though they would perfer if I didn't use raisins next time.

I am not familiar with the pistachio recipe, that sounds good also. They love pistachio pudding and so do I. Can't wait to see that one and try it. I always try the recipes you give out at the meetings and use my family as test subjects. What are the Leslie Sandstone tapes? Do you have any I can try? If so, if I like them I will buy a set or however they come. I think it is a great idea to do something like that at the next meeting as I can't be the only person who has slipped up these last couple of weeks. It might be a good way to try and refocus.  Hope all is well and your holidays were great. See you soon. Dawn
