With being "so early out" based on your profile , I guess the first question is what your current diet allows as per your surgeon; most folks wouldn't have a lot of options at 2 weeks out.
The biggest suggestion is to be creative with what you are allowed - ie: if you can have cottage cheese and fruit, then mix the two creatively to make something tasty, or similarly, you can mix cottage cheese and other stuff to make a more 'savory' than sweet dish too... I mixed pepper and cottage cheese and granulated garlic in the first few weeks to make a more "dinner like" dish than was specifically listed in the allowed foods...
When you get further out, there is a good book by David Fouts, that focuses on flavors instead of quantities; he was a chef that had WLS himself...
