OMG You guys!!!!

I am so shocked & surprised right now!!! The weekend before I started the Medifast diet back in July I had one of my sisters take my measurements in the hopes of doing it on a regular basis!! Well tonight my other sister was here & I remembered to have her take them & we were shocked!!! Not only have Ilost 87lbs but I have lost over 36"!! (we included arms & thighs in that count... every inch matters!!) My hips & waist alone are down a total of 10.5"!!!! OMG - THIS IS AWESOME!!!! I had to share!!!

Cece Congratulation! Isn't it awesome to see results somewhere else besides the scale? I definitely think it's a great idea to take your measurements. When I finally did mine a few months post-op, I too was amazed at the inches I had lost. Keep up the great work! Enjoy your holidays! Hugs, Lisa

OMG CECE...you have done a FAB-U-LOUS job! I am also down 87 pounds and I still feel like I'm in a dream. I look down at my little legs and wonder who they belong to!

CeCe, That is just AMAZING! I took monthly measurements and pictures post op - the inches always - stunned me ... You can SEE no doubt that you are SHRINKING! It is VERY motivating!!!! C o n g r a t u l a t i o n s Hugs, Britt

Wow, that is AWESOME!!!

That is the one thing I regret doing, so many people see the progress in a different way when measurements are taken. Remember to take them monthly and new pics as well.
