I've officially been inducted into the gastric bypass society.  Today I ate a few bites of tuna and within minutes I knew it was going to come back up.  I didn't even have to do anything....just open my mouth and let it out.  As soon as it was gone I felt fine.   I'm not sure if it was the mayo or if I just ate too fast, but either way it was a lesson learned.   I think I'm sticking to more mushy stuff for the rest of the day and maybe tomorrow!

Welcome. I throw up often enough - but I had the foamies yesterday for the first time, and was convinced I would die. Welcome to the society!

The conditions of conquest are always easy.  We have but to toil awhile, endure awhile, believe always, and never turn back.

I'm sure your day will come.  I was worried about it, but when it actually happened it was not too bad at all.  If I learn the handshake I'll let you know!

I can relate....yes, throwing up is different after surgery...I also have problems with fi****hink its dry...really cream it with the mayo.  I also am a speed eater...I have to really work at slowing down.  Its all trial and error...Good Luck Rosemary
