Yeah it can be hard at first, that is why keep that lil water bottle stuck to you every place you go and just take lil sips here and there. It does take time to work on getting the 64 oz every day! Get what you can and know that other foods right now will add to it. I know for me the s/f ice pops helped some and I counted it towards my water (as little as it was) but every lil bit helps at this time.
