Are you tired of eating the same foods? Do you need new ideas on easy to prepare food recipes? Who needs Rachel Ray or the other chefs on the cooking shows? We have our own chefs that prepare easy to follow recipes for the Bariatric Patient. Our next meeting is on August 9 2007 at 7:15pm. We are meeting in our usual meeting place in Whitestone, New York. This meeting will be devoted to easy to prepare recipes. We have two people that will demonstrate easy to prepare recipes. Don't be shy come and join us. No cost to attend.

I wish I lived close enough to attend, but I live in upstate NY (Syracuse).  Is there any information such as recipes or techniques that you can share?  I'm 4 weeks post-op and going crazy trying to find things that I'm "supposed" to be eating.  Any ideas are appreciated. This is great  I'm starting my WLS journey and I was wondering how to cook after i have the surgery.  I live in Corona which is not far from Whitestone.  I'm sorry I missed the class  When will you be having another one?
