Holy Tofu Batman!
Yummy, yum yum!! I tried Tofu last night with some chinese veggies from a can, lol With MUSTARD omgosh!! It was superfantastic! I am not sure why I NEED mustard. Pre-op I did not really care for it but I have to have it everyday on something!
I am doing awesome, down 54 pounds
I am exercising everyday! Boxing is my fukl time passion. It is the funnest thing in the world to be. I walk and lift weights!
My mom went to a support meeting lastnight and is now thinking of the surgery!
Okay enough about me...I am off to make the kids dinner!

tofu is a great big empty slate, it takes on the flavors of what it's served with, hence the reason it is great in chinese foods, the sauce makes it delicious. I take mine out, dry it off really well then sautee or grill it with some bbq sauce or some teriyaki sauce and serve it over veggies! It's great on protein, low fat and si supposed to help with pms, i'm afraid it might just take the edge off for me but not really help! ANDI

CONGRATS on the 54 lbs gone forever! that is just awesome!
I had tofu once and mixed it with chicken in some homemade stir-fry, it was good but I am not sure if I want to try it again, well I might if I can find another way to cook it.
thanks for sharing...

Yum Yum....Mama loves her tofu. How did you make your tofu? I usually marinate it and bake (trying not to fry). Sometimes I'll get the already baked ones and just bake it some more. I like my tofu well done. Tavia turned me on to tofu noodles. You have to try they. With some spaghetti sauce they are delish.
