What I try to do while at work is keep the water bottle with me at all times, making sure I have one down by a time I set, the next by the next time I set. Does that make sense?
It sems to help me stay on track.

Betsy, I've not been there yet, but my suggestion is to try to plan ahead. Make your shakes ahead to take with you in a cooler. Have pudding or hardboiled eggs, or cheese sticks and bottled water in a little cooler right by your desk and try to plan a schedule of just when you'll eat and drink. It's too important to not do!
(((HUGS))) I agree...try planning a head a bit. get the easy snacks that are packed with protein. Have them in a lunch tote or cooler. I love my nutritionist. She has a plan for something every hour. Granted I do not eat EVERY thing on time but I try and get something in. You will figure it out...it is just a big step going back to work and starting the new you over there.
I prepare any meal I plan on having at work the night before. I get up earlier than normal now to eat/drink breakfast. I have 3 bottles of water with me at work at all times, plus some spare bottles behind my desk. I sip all day long, including waiting my hour after my meals. You'll do just fine, sweetie!

Totally understandable - I completely relate. I have been back to work for two weeks now and I have to mentally block everything and everyone out and EAT/drink. It is work- just stay in mental check. I have been working on a food diary and it helps me. Don't get discouraged because every day is a new chance to get it right.
