OY! ICK, OY!! Ewwwww!

I think I told ya, I did the same thing with cottage cheese the other day.    I wasn't chewing 20x, nor was I waiting between bites.  I was rushing myself since I was riding with a co-worker.  I learned FAST!  I thought I was going to die it hurt!  So, today I made chicken salad.  I chewed 53087287 times!  and waited!  all is good!

I could never eat tuna w/my band.  And 1/2 tsp. of mayo--no way! In order to eat white meat chicken, I had to coat w/Hummus.   Karen

i switched over to chunk light and it hasn't happened again, the albacore is too solid and isn't moist enough. No need to be grossed out, it's your new body and it happens, get over it fast and move on. ANDI

Andi, it was gross, lol   I love my new body and it has only been a month...so I am still in the trial part of my wonderful journey I did end up eating later that evening.  I had 1/4 of a boca burger and 2 crackers.  

Did i forget to mention to you that i projectile vomited so often that my WHOLE family came to the dinner table one night in yellow rain slickers so they'd be prepared if i puked on them....oh the first few weeks were fun?! ANDI
