MOOOOOOOOOOVE Over Bench Warmer's!!!
YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!! I'm home!!!!! 
Everything went great, other than whoever was in charge of supplies never re-ordering a size small lapband. 
I sat in the pre-op room from 6:45 am until they finally got the band from Utica at 2 pm!!! My surgery was scheduled for 9 (in Syracuse). I was a little nervous that this was an omen! Last night about an hour after my dad left, they told me I could go home!!! Ug, I told them my ride just left. I was very glad to have stayed.
I can't even feel my 5 incisions! The nursing staff was incredible! I was up and walking as soon as they'd let me. Every 2 hours when they came in for vitals I made them let me walk 
I only took pain meds once about 2 am. It was liquid vicadin. Tasted like crapola. My son just called from college, he's coming home for a couple days to see me. I told him I was going to make him go for a walk with me to the end of our block! LOL 
Oh yeah, the gas! How soon I forget...it's brutle! For some reason I can't see to pass it through either end, so It's just going to take a bit to be absorbed. Thank goodness the midnight nurse suggested I sleep on my sides. It made a world of difference!!!
