I just can't wrap my head around it...(it's about sizes and it's kinda long)

Yes Heather its sooooooo hard to "wrap around it".......I started at a size 28.....and 1 year later i was a size 4....now i stay at a 4 or size 5...It is hard to believe....But you will be there toooooooooo... Darlene
