Well I haven't had surgery yet and no pre-op diet so lets just say I've had my share of "last suppers" lately but here goes nothing!!!!
1. EVERYTHING!!!!!!! Chicken, Pork and some pasta
2. None--well work and sex
3. Remained the same
4. My biggest challenge at the moment is eating, like I had mentioned no pre-op diet and I know surgery is only 2wks away so I have noticed I'm not eating so healthy BUT I haven't gained any weight so that's good.
*Bonus Question
-My bedroom. It's an ivory color as well. Why is it my favorite?? I'll just say it's my favorite for the same reasons it's my boyfriends!!!!!!!

What color are the walls? It's called potter's clay. (Tuscany)

Well, I'm just over a week pre-op and was told not to worry about starting my fluid intake until post-op, so:
1. Pasta, steak and 1 soft ice cream.
Protein drinks/shakes tossed in, too!
2. Walking and CURVES
3. 18 pds since 2/8 (8 pds from 3/20 - 3/30)
4. None, yet...I suspect not eating pasta and steak might kill me!
5. My bedroom. This is where the computer is and my walls are my favorite color, PURPLE.
LOL Nicole! You're killin me.

I've been single 9 yrs, so tell the gals at work I've gained weight due to the lack of sex!
Thanks for the format, Maryellen!

1. I ate lots of salads and chicken
2. walking
3. about 3 pounds
4. night cravings....chocolate
bonus: Family room, that is where I spend time with my kids, the walls are pine paneled and painted white, I would love to paint, but I rent
Purple is my favorite color too...and truth be told, since I too have been single for a number of years, my night cravings consist of more than chocolate

I miss Debra a lot, too! However, I enjoy doing this to stay accountable, so here's my list:
1.) According to fitday.com, I had: Ezekiel 4:9 bread (1 slice at a time), Smucker's SF blackberry jam, peanut butter, Sorrento Mild Provolone Stringsters, Sorrento Reduced Fat Stringsters (higher protein!), Dannon Light n Fit yogurt, (many, many different flavors!! Dannon should start paying me to buy their yogurt!) flaxseed meal, Ka****LC Oatmeal Dark Chocolate cookies, (seven grains, people! Good times!) crab meat, bananas, whey protein shakes, (oooo, girl, I make this one called Banana Split Protein Shake! Want the recipe? PM me!) South Beach Diet Meal Replacement bar, beef liver, Triscuit crackers, (Cracker Pepper & Olive Oil) Friendship cottage cheese b/c it has higher protein, tuna, fresh strawberries, eggs, (I'm going to be trying goose eggs soon!) portobello "pizzas" with fresh ingredients, (port caps, 1 slice roma tomato, lotsa mozza, sunflower seeds, fresh basil, bake @ 350 for 12 minutes.) and a few other things. I might be forgeting a couple things, like a 100 calorie popcorn bag, but that's the gist of it.
2.) I'm training for a 5K at the end of this month, so basically a lot of walking and some running. I should be doing more running, but I'm just not. So, back off!!!
Just kidding.
Sorry, people have been harrassing me about it lately. Wait. Maybe they're just keeping me accountable.
Ooopsie poopsie! Strike that. Besides walking, though, not much else exercise, although I should bike or weight lift, especially since I need more upper body stuff and cardio to keep my heart happy & healthy.
3.) I don't think I lost any weight last week. I actually don't know because I haven't weighed myself in two weeks. I've slowed down considerably, so I just don't weigh myself a lot anymore. I've lost a total of 168 pounds, though. WOOT!
4.) My biggest challenge is staying away from and resisting the carb monster!! I gotta say, that is a toughie. Good carbs I don't feel bad about, but not good carbs....okay BAD CARBS, you made me say it!.......those ones always seem so enticing! Like, for example, I can eat a 100 calorie bag of popcorn, no problem. However, if I don't keep track, I can also eat a whole bag of microwave popcorn all by myself! So the solution is to buy only the 100 calorie bags, right? Yeah, I gotta stop that.
Bonus question: My bathroom. It's decorated pretty decently and has WAY more potential. I just love to work with it! The walls are white. Boring, I know.
Thanks for the post. It left me smiling!
Jen Halliday
