Debi: This is something I know alot about- I am the director of a breast cancer center/mammography facility. It will probably be just fine, I find that many of my patients get called back for more compression and additional views to separate the breast tissue. A word of advise, dont let them book you out too far- you are anxious enough! The people that work in these places are compassionate and just make sure you are persistant that you need to be seen sooner than later- If you need anything else or more advise- I am here, and I can help!! Vicki,Sandy,Cheri...... I am very touched by all of you. I am somewhat of a loner and just in awhhhh on how friendly and caring all of you are to me...a stranger. I have my appt today (Monday) at Noon @ Mercy Hospital. I have been pretty much trying to think positive but it's so hard. I have done a self exam of my breast and can't feel anything, nor am I in pain, so I hope this is a good thing. As soon as I know the results I will post and let all you kind people know how I made out. Will they tell me right there or will I have to wait again for the results? Debi
