Help ??

Has anyone used EMPIRE BCBS OF NY that can tell me how long it takes for them to reply to your paper work?????? Thanks, Cathy S

Hi Cathy, each empire is different I had it through my husbands union and once all the paperwork was in only took 3 days for a response. Empire in general is pretty good as long as you meet all there requirements. Good luck. LisaMarie

I dont know the exacts being my surgeon submitted it for me but i know the approval came fast like the rest of the folks say. I had the PPO at the time and had no problems. good luck cathy!

I have Empire. Very quick, easy, but you must show medical necessity. My surgeon took care of it all. Take care, Amy
