Hello All ~Hugs~ I will try to post this today and see how many people are around What I had yesterday..... B: 1/2 cup Cheerios with 3 fresh strawberries on top......after about 1 hr I had 1 acheiv One Protein Drink S: 1 String Cheese, 1/2 cup pineapple L: 3 oz tuna with light mayo, salad greens with olives and crutons, 1 sm orange S: 4 oz cottage cheese, 1 Ko****LC bar D: 3 oz cheese burger, some fries S: 1 cup watermellon Water: 75 oz water, 12 oz Diet Coke, 20 oz Sprite Zero Sups: 2000 mg Calcium 2 tbsp liquid Multi w/ 1000 mg b12 included Exercise: 20 Mins on Treadmill Take care and have a great day! Hey Debra, Long time no talk, how are you doing these days? Hows the exercise program going for you? OK for yesterday: B: 4 egg omlete with 2 slices of cheese, and ham, and grands biscuit S: Soy protein shake L: 3 oz of tuna (with regular mayo) on 2 slices of whole wheat bread S: 3 oz of tuna and 1 oz of chopped liver with 6 saltine crackers, fun pack size of peanut M&Ms D: 2 hamburgers, and 2 cups of salad with 1000 island dressing S: 1 slice of homemade yellow cake with chocolate frosting S: 1 hamburger with salad and ranch dressing Scott

Scott, Hey there hun ~hugs~ Yeah work has been nuts but looking for other at this time so all is good I am doing good with the work outs, I have been sticking to the 3X a week for now and once I am sure of myself with that I will add a day here and there until I am doing SOMETHING every day! OMG My eating isn't all that good. I am so lost as to what to eat. I am 18 months out and can have basically anything. I think I need to make an eating list and just follow it everyday cause when I don't eat enough during the day, I am very hungry late at night. Maybe I'll look at what you guys have and follow your ideas. Marie

Hmmm. What did I eat yesterday? B: 2 Tablespoons scrambled egg, 1 sausage link, 2 tablespoons pineapple, 1 tablespoon potatoes L: 4 oz Lite N Fit Yogurt, 1 oz 2% cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons watermelon S: 2 oz beef jerky D: 4 tablespoons lean pork, 2 tablespoons pineapple, 1/4 cup stir fry vegetables About 45 grams of protein; under 500 calories. I still have trouble getting in all my water and vegetables. But, I'm good about my vitamins.

Marie, Well some days are better then others for me as well and I need to make them more GOOD then bad at this point but it is learning every day for sure. I am 19 months out and can eat the same as you so now the real struggle begins with making the right choices. We have to remember that this surgery is only a tool to get this job done Though I do not have the problem with eating not enough, mine is the other way.....eating TO MUCH or maybe I should say just the wrong things. OMG! It seems so long since I've seen your 'What did you eat?' post! So happy to see it! I hope all is well in your world. How is your home? Pets? Hubby? (Not necessarily in that order!) How have you been feeling/doing? I am 12.5 pounds away from moving out of 'obesity' and into 'overweight'! I was plateauing for the longest time and then radically increased my exercise and started losing again. 109 lbs so far. 31 to my goal. What I ate today: B: Bowl of oatmeal with splenda, milk, and a bit of salt S: Handful of almonds and 2 dried prunes. L: Cheesebuger on a plate and salad S: Nonfat latte D: Bowl of beef stew 60 oz fluid, all vits, mins, etc. 60 minute "butts and guts" exercise class (woof!) Hugs to you friend, Amy

Still working on pre- surgery loss: what I ate today: B-1 whole grain english muffin with 2 tbsp peanut butter, a small banana s- 16 wheat thin crackers (1 serving) L- half a tuna sandwich on wheat with fat free mayo and small green salad, 1 fat free pudding s-10 grapes D-other half tuna sandwich above and small salad 99 oz water with crystal light I am 2lbs over my 10% requirement
