Hi Angela - I asked the same question on the main board. I got the following ideas not exactly recipes but here you go anyway. . . cottage cheese with jello( i know sounds gross i haven't tried it yet), pepperoni chips - take sliced pepperoni and micro for 1 min. tuna on wheat crackers. and cheese sticks. Hope this helps some. I am still looking for ideas let me know if you get any good ones. Thanks. Collette

Think chicken breast done a million ways, think beef jerky, cheese sticks, eggs, quiche w/o crusts, I just posted ricotta cheese recipes email me offlist if u want them or cant find em...cottage cheese, peanutbutter in limited amounts, nuts, fish, rolled sandwich cheese/meats, seafood such as shrimp, lobster, scallops, yummy! Sautee lightly or ****tail style! try the meat alternatives morningstar farms, boca, harvest makes burgers, chicken all fake with textured veggie protein, try tofu....add flavorless protein to recipes! Hi, this is the one MOST people refer to when using unflavored protein: ANYWHEY is an unflavored protein. You can cook with it too! (***70 calories a scoop/0g fat/1g carb (no sugar carbs)/17 G protein) 60 scoops/container http://www.optimumnutrition.com/anywhey/default.html they have recipes! I think 34g protein for 2 scoops/140 calories is DARN GOOD! Made by optimum nutrition. GNC carries it I beleive. or online many places but I use this site frequently. http://www.netrition.com/optimum_any_whey_page.html $22.95/2.7lb container _______________________________________________________________ Designerwhey also has a natural flavor protein (at GNC also I think)... http://www.designerwhey.com/ 1 scoop 90 calories/1.5g fat/2g carbs (2g sugar carbs)/18 g protein 40 scoops/canister I DO NOT KNOW if you can cook w/ this though? Vitalady also carries it: http://tinyurl.com/6y49s $19.99/jug ______________________________________________________ Procell: Vitalady has: http://tinyurl.com/5lqbo $8.99/can 1 scoop 28 cal/0.5g fat/ less than 1g carbs/5 grams protein This is a whey protein concentrate. Made by GH (makers of UpcalD) http://www.globalhp.com/Global-Health-Products-ProCel.htm 43 servings in a 10 oz can (Kinda expensive to me! need 6 scoops for 30 grams! that is only 7 servings in a can!) http://www.globalhp.com/Global-Health-Products-ProCel-FAQs.htm _______________________________________________________ Then there is Unjury: (*I knw many like/many do not..I have NEVER used it but fwd for your info only its too expensive in my opinion) http://www.unjury.com/reg/unflavored.shtml http://www.unjury.com/reg/nutrition.shtml 1 scoop= 80 calories/0 g fat/0g carbs/20 g protein ONLY 17 Scoops a container! Unflavored The price per 11.6 oz container (~15 scoops) of UNJURY is $16.95 for the first, and $15.95 for each additional. UNJURY (UNFLAVORED) Ingredients: Pure Whey Protein Isolate UU is good to add to cold and warm beverages and soups, but not HOT liquids. Do not heat the beverage or soup above 130 degrees F. UU works in baked and cooked recipes such as brownies and scrambled eggs. IMPORTANT NOTE: high cooking or baking heat does NOT destroy the protein or the protein value, but in liquids, the heat can make the proteins more clumpy. Even if this happens, you are still getting your protein. It's much like cooking eggs or meat. They change texture when cooked, but cooked, they still provide complete protein. In many recipes you'll find UNFLAVORED to be virtually undetectable, but some will notice some flavor in some recipes. For example, in Crystal Lite, some detect no flavor to UU, and some can tell it's there. As with all UNJURY products, we guarantee 100% satisfaction. Thank you very much to all of you who have tried it and given us your great suggestions and recipes!! We will soon have recipes on our Recipes page, but here are some initial ideas for ways to use "UU": · Jello INSTANT sugar free pudding · Crystal Lite and Sugar-Free Tang · Chicken broth (not HOT, only warm) · Soups such as cream of chicken (not HOT, only warm) · Scrambled eggs · Mixed with milk it is undetectable if you just want to have the flavor of milk...on cereal or in a glass. · Orange Juice _________________ I like PVL whey gourmet flavors the best, White chocolate, vanilla, raspberry, caramel dip, milk chocolate, PB chocolate, blueberry, orange cremescicle....This is where I order it online: (2# tub $21.95) http://www.a1nutritionproducts.com/buy/pvl/whey_gourmet Most 120 cal 23g protein a scoop 2.6 g carbs 2 g fat.... 15 Flavors to choose from and more to come!
