We went to church this morning and a few people said wow you lost weight. the pastors wife said i see you are still losing weight , you must be a size 12. i said yes i am losing weight still and i dont know what size i am since i dont know how to measure. and now i am waiting for this skin to be removed after christmas. i did wear my contacts and did my hair and had makeup on. so i felt pretty good about myself today. i must be doing something right. i cant do my treadmill fast so if i do my treadmill it is only 1.5 mph like my foot dr told me to do but i might try 2.0 but i have to be very careful not to fracture my foot again. i am doing 3 sets of 60 crunches 3 times a day.i just wanted to share my wow with you all. I know I can do it says the little train..... I am not a failure.... Yes I did old bad habits but not anymore....... When I do my treadmill i would love to go faster than 1.5 but my foot dr doesnt want me to fracture my foot again . it just healed finally.. last week i did the treadmill and went to fast like 2.5 in 20 minutes i did 1 mile and i hurt my foot so i had to lay off the treadmill and wear my boot from the foot drs. i learned my lesson. what does a size 12 look like? weight and measurement?

Anita, I am sure you are looking awesome hun, you can see such a change in your pic you have here so I am sure in person it is even more awesome. That is just great that you are able to go and get the skin removed and I am so looking forward to that myself soon. Take your time on the treadmill and let your foot heal, your moving and that is what counts! Take care Debra P

How wonderful Anita. Feeling good and being healthy is what this is all about. That includes how you move on the treadmill. ONly do what feels good and is healthy for you. Everything heals in time and you will be able to increase your speed when the time comes. Keep feeling good! Hugs, Amy
