Hey Kenny....get rid of the crap in your home. Re stock with things that are good for you. I love to graze and do it all the time however i make sure there are plenty of strawberries,carrots, watermelon, nuts, cheese and even popcorn around. THat way when ever i get the munchies i eat, just eat good snacks.THat or i have a cup of flavored coffee. You have to surround yourself with good choices because when we get into those moods we want to go back to old ways. Only haveing good choices around forces us to eat good. Get your butt back to the gym you were going often before get back on track. Forget what mistakes you made already and move forward. As long as you get back up and clean yourself off you always have a new day to start again. LisaMarie

Well I did buy a keyed door lock and put it on the pantry door. Now all the crap is kept for the wife and kids under lock and key and I don'thave the keys. Also stocking up on good snacks and as soon as I'm back on my feet I'm back at the gym. Lisamarie thanks for the great and continued support. Kenny

Hey Kenny, Try sunflower seeds, or any typeof seeds, salty seeds, etc. They are fun to eat, take a while to eat a lot of and aren't too bad for you. I can't take the credit for this one, STacy mentioned it to me once, and it truly works, good luck. Maryellen
