Well then whatever snack foods are your weakness step away from them. You didn't gain (10) pounds from eating fresh fruit, veggies and protein! Perhaps it's time to go back to basics. Exercise and the crutches plus the cast add an interesting spin to things, what a bummer for you! Could you actually plan out your meals on like an hourly basis so that you know you can hold out until X o'clock (8am breakfast, 10am piece of fruit and a cheesestick, noon one cup of soup and some carrot sticks you get the picture) so this way you only have to make it 2 hours instead of thinking the whole afternoon is looming ahead of you foodless? Are you still going to the gym? Also what about setting yourself up with some healthy snacks? Are you seeing a counselor?
