I've been out of work for 3 weeks now and the damn bad snacking AKA grazing is killing me. I am up almost 10 lbs this suxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx! Just venting Kenny

Well then whatever snack foods are your weakness step away from them. You didn't gain (10) pounds from eating fresh fruit, veggies and protein! Perhaps it's time to go back to basics. Exercise and the crutches plus the cast add an interesting spin to things, what a bummer for you! Could you actually plan out your meals on like an hourly basis so that you know you can hold out until X o'clock (8am breakfast, 10am piece of fruit and a cheesestick, noon one cup of soup and some carrot sticks you get the picture) so this way you only have to make it 2 hours instead of thinking the whole afternoon is looming ahead of you foodless? GLAD YOUR venting now take control of the situation and make today a better day. WHEN you see the grazing takeing over get up and go workout and excersise! GOOD LUCK! i work in the home and know how hard this is.

Thats part of the problem I can't exercise right now. My arm is in a cast and I'm on crutches yuk! Thanks for hearing my pain! Kenny
