Debra I'm so happy for you!!!!! You really deserve this.Pound by pound I'm sure you will get to your own goals. You hit the nail on the head about living a healthy lifestyle and exercise. We are all working so hard to take off the wieght and we don't want to start making bad choices after we get it off.We have all done that and been there and never want to go back.It sure feels good when we make it to a goal; even the little ones! Take care Darlene

Debra: Hi! I have seen a definate change in you and your life over these past 9 months or so I have been a part of OH NY board...You have helped others along the way as well as opened yourself up to many differnt perspectives as well. Learning about yourself and growing in spirit as your body shrank! I celebrate with you the lifestyle changes for health and the foundation for longterm success you have built whatever number is reflected on the hunkametal... know you are much much more than that and although a smaller number is desireable to us all, wrapping our brains around a 50% excess wt loss as success and anything else as a bonus is helpful...You are doing great! Despite life's challenges u r no longer just surviving you are thriving! Reach for the stars! HUGS!
